CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation of the tour right after booking the tour will be subject to a 10% penalty of the tour fee, air ticket and train tickets will be according to regulations
• 10 days before the tour (calculated by working days) will be fined 30% of land tour, air ticket, train will be according to regulations
• One week before the date of the tour, there will be a penalty of 40% of the land tour fee, the air
• ticket, the train ticket will be according to the regulations
• Before 03 days to the date of the tour, there will be a penalty of 80% of the land tour fee, air ticket and train tickets will be according to regulations
• 02 days before the tour date, 100% of the land tour fee will be charged, air ticket, train tickets

NOTE:

• Customers are responsible for managing their own luggage and personal belongings throughout the tour.
• When traveling, please bring a valid ID card or passport, and for children, their birth certificate or a certified copy.
• Customers must be present at the designated pickup or meeting point at the specified time.
• Provide a complete list of tour group details, including full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and contact phone number of each customer to prepare tour records.
• Prices are subject to change depending on the season or holidays.
• The company will be exempt from liability during the tour if there are unforeseeable circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, or if flights, trains, ships, or electric cars are delayed or canceled due to weather or technical issues, leading to the inability to continue the tour. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of the customers and will not be liable for any resulting damages.
